MJM 38RS Progress
The MJM 38RS is well underway—and it’s already shaping up to be the ultimate family-friendly fishing boat. Built for both fun and functionality, this new model is designed to make time on the water effortless, whether you’re cruising with kids or heading out for a serious day of fishing. Right now, the build is in a key stage where details are starting to take shape, and we’re excited to share a look behind the scenes:
Livewell/Cooler at the Stern
Toward the back of the boat, the live well is in place—designed to hold bait when you’re fishing or double as a cooler when you’re not. It’s a clean, versatile feature that adds real utility without compromising space or style.

A Brighter Pilothouse
The pilothouse is now finished in white, giving it a fresh, open feel and making the space brighter and more inviting.

Window Valences in Progress
Along the side windows, a clean valence is being added for a finished look that also subtly improves comfort and light control.

Upgraded Overhead
Overhead, teak strips and grab rails are going in, along with soft integrated lighting. Instead of traditional panels, the ceiling will be finished in whisper wall material—sleek, quiet, and luxurious to the touch.

Every build update brings the 38RS closer to launch—and it’s already clear this model is going to strike the perfect balance between relaxed cruising and ready-to-go fishing.
